Nico Hotel - Antigua

Staying at Nico Hotel was such a delight! The staff were kind and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the beautifully maintained courtyard which was perfect for relaxation, and the delicious breakfast each morning was a real treat.

Gorgeous hotel with nice and comfortable rooms.

Terrible wifi was a huge frustration . I faced issues with the shower drain, which didn't drain properly and pooled water. Another annoyance was the non-existent hot water. For a hotel of this price range, these issues were particularly disappointing.

The jacuzzi on the second level was a fantastic way to unwind after exploring Antigua, and the staff were accommodating, making us feel welcomed.

Nico boasts a super cozy atmosphere, really good cleanliness, and an very nice location just a short walk from the Santa Catalina Arch. The delicious breakfasts always hit the spot, and the staff were accommodating, everything was just right for a perfect stay.

During my stay, I appreciated being just around the corner from Central Park and only a short stroll from the fine Arco de Santa Catalina, making my city walks good.

The jacuzzi area was a great spot to relax after exploring. Let the hotel know in advance if you want the jacuzzi heated up before evening use.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved the calming garden view. And free drinking water available was very convenient.

The Twin Room was super comfy, and I loved that it was really quiet despite being near a busy street. The larger bathroom was a nice upgrade too! The rooftop area for hanging out is a cool bonus, and they even have a jacuzzi available. My only issue was that the first room we got was right by the entrance and noisy in the morning. But overall, it was a pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided great suggestions for transportation and dining options. the location in the garden was serene and peaceful. Cleanliness was excellent, with attention to details such as sanitizing the rooms daily. Breakfast options were delicious and served on the patio. Hotel facilities were really good, including a Jacuzzi and kettle in the room.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection left a lot to be desired. Sometimes it was weak, and other times it went out completely, making communication difficult at times.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfy. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. I loved how peaceful and quiet it was, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also delicious with a decent variety of options.
